Working under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for workflow, financial performance, and the overall management of department operations to achieve expert care, superb service, and maximizing staff productivity. The Physical Therapy Manager works closely with the organizational management team on strategic planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. This role will include oversite of Physical Therapy, employer-based services to include; daily operations of the on-site clinic at LL Bean, on-site Physical Therapy, and Ergonomics and Injury Prevention. This position will oversee some employer-based services and requires the ability to represent the InterMed brand. As a member of InterMed’s operations team, the manger will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Program Director of Workplace Health to ensure the effective management of employer based onsite clinics and contracts.
Staff Management – Overall responsibility for management of staff, including InterMed’s on-site clinic at LL Bean, Physical Therapy Leads, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and administrative support staff within the Physical Therapy departments.
